Healing Vine and Pixicato Play gathering dedicated to enhancing your life and to guide you into a state of health and well-being through sharing knowledge and wisdom in a relaxed environment!
2.00 - 2.45pm: Rejuvenate & Restore with Pilates/Yoga Class with Penny Murden.
Starting the afternoon with Pilaties/Yoga class that will rejuvenate the body with movement and breathe work.
(Complimenting movement with essential oils to create even more relaxation and release as we finish class).
2.45 - 3.45pm: Topic of Discussion ‘Numbers’ with Janice Wood.
An insight into what your birthday numbers mean. (Afternoon tea available during this session).
