By purchasing a product or service from Pixicato Play, you agree to these Terms.
This is a small, independent business. All services are delivered within clearly defined, finite containers.
Services Offered
Pixicato Play offers short-form, paid digital and consultative services, including but not limited to:

Short-duration consultancy sessions or responses (typically 60–90 minutes or equivalent scope)
Each service is:

finite in scope

delivered asynchronously or within a defined time window

limited to what is explicitly included in the offer description
Purchase & Payment
All purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers. Pixicato Play does not store or have access to your full payment details.
Delivery
Delivery timing is stated on the relevant purchase page.
Where a timeframe is provided (for example, within 48 hours of submission), delivery will occur within that window except during periods of limited availability.
During such periods, delivery will occur on the next available working day. Availability is managed at Pixicato Play’s discretion.
Boundaries & Scope
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all services operate within the following boundaries:

No coaching, therapy, or ongoing support

No ongoing access after delivery
Any benefits, insights, or shifts experienced are emergent effects and are not guaranteed outcomes.
No Refunds
Because services are digital and delivered quickly, all purchases are final.
No refunds are offered once payment has been made, except where required by Australian consumer law.
Use of Services
You agree to use Pixicato Play services for lawful purposes only.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes the rights of others.
Pixicato Play reserves the right to refuse service if these terms are breached.
Limitation of Liability
Pixicato Play provides services for informational and reflective purposes only.
Services are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixicato Play is not liable for any loss, damage, or outcomes arising from the use of its services.
