Add a little PLAY

When work, exercise, anything mundane and serious and PLAY combine it makes for a more fulfilling experience.

When I go for a paddle I look around for quirky things around me. This morning I saw a wooden log seat that someone had put a women’s g string on (I giggled out loud for that one), some interesting art and people eating breakfast on their balconies who shared a good morning nod or greeting with me.

How long has it been since you looked at something seemingly mundane, challenging or heavy and serious with a childlike curiosity? How could you play with your thinking, your perspective?
