Bringing our Whole Selves


For every person seeking to become their best self we bring our whole self to the process. As a facilitator this allows me both the privilege and challenge of working with my own life experience as well as those of the people who work with me.

So what does that mean to you, the amazing people who give yourself the time and space to work with me?

I’m like you. I‘m not one of those Instagram picture perfect coaches, yogi’s, athletes or Pilates instructors. I have a strong practice of working on myself and I love the work, it has changed my life. However I also live in the ‘real’ world, a world of external stressors, paying the rent or mortgage and bills, facing every day challenges. I have my own stresses and anxieties and physical challenges. My strength of mind, body and soul comes from within my own practice. As a facilitator I leave my own stuff at the door to allow you to work with yours allowing empathy for your experience.

Thanks to my continued work (life coaches need life coaches), practice of Pilates and yoga and study (I am a perpetual student) I am doing things I never thought I would in business and life. I have had the privilege of working with all sorts of people from elite athletes through to inspiring people who face enormous physical and personal challenges. Learning to work with what you have, rather than what you wish you had is key. That may be finding your edge and working with it or nurturing your body and mind in that moment or both at the same time. Listen to your body and by doing that you can achieve amazing things.


When you come to a session bring your whole self. All those pieces of you and work with them, they are all a part of you.
