Vitamin D, mindfulness, movement and social connection while keeping a safe physical distance as we continue to adapt to keep ourselves and clients safe.


As my private clients enjoy the final opportunities to practice with me in person albeit now in their front yard and 2 metres from each other we prepare to transition into practicing in the virtual world.


Pilates is such a wonderful practice for body and mind connection as so many of my clients quickly learn when working with me. Oh and that I’m pretty playful and have some funny cues that make the movement memorable.
